All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Cardinal Rotary Instruments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor (Authorize.Net). Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the continental United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Cardinal Rotary Instruments is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items may be returned in their original, unused condition for a refund or exchange, minus any shipping costs. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@cardinalrotary.com. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Product Use and Safety
